I am saying that I agree with you. That if the subway went to STC, the LRT would run to Agincourt. That does not create more transfers.

I suppose the design on the subway is done or in the 80 percent range at least so the tunnel cannot be moved to connect this to the Crosstown. What a shame.

I don't believe there was. The trip would be the same whether the person transfers to Agincourt or McCowan. The benefit of McCowan is a new station for the LRT, while with Agincourt the LRT would go under the bridge. to Agincourt GO.

OL East is probably going all the way to Finch to meet Seneca College and a possible Finch LRT extension in the future, so it makes sense.

North York Centre was a one stop extension. Fair enough. With York Region, local transit needs to improve by a factor of 10 at least. They're system is not even as good as Oakville's (lol). And fair enough haha, I'm just in favor of STC :)

Politics and lobbying. The Yonge University extensions should have only gone to Steeles first. I agree and let's get all of this done now.

Even so, they didn't have to botch the tunnel. This is why people don't like them. This should be a through project. But the TTC is at fault too. They don't want to operate a long line.

It was a good presentation and I like that there will be a turnback track at Kingston/Eglinton along with an intersection re-design.

Totally agree and it's time to turn the page, we need to move towards future transit like Steeles, Eglinton East, and other go lines and stop arguing about stuff from 50 years ago.
