Did anyone buy in this building.......beaver brook is a JOKE Lies Lies lies their not moving along considering they Only have to march to complete, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN........AGAIN........

Thats sad that they are still doing PDI the lawsuit that is going on is that because of problems with the units or the building.. Should have never purchased a condo from them......

Yes, Evolution. Finally emailed the vice president directly and actually got a response from him. Apparently they realize that their communication sucks. I still don't expect things to change though.

For people who have bought in this building, how has your experience been with Beaverbrook? I bought in their Etobicoke project opening weekend May 2008, and I have to say that the builder's communication with me has been abysmal. Thus far, I have only received 2 holiday cards from them, and...

Apparently the only thing on the exterior that is changing is section of the concrete is now brick. I still think the building looks good if not better than before and it does tie in better to Tapestry next door. Apparently, Re-Grand Opening is May 30.

Anyone heard anything about Evolution Condos? Has anyone heard anything about this project lately? I know the sales centre has been closed since before Christmas and now is closed due to renos to the model suite.

I live in Nuvo 1 and personally I would rather be in a building that will look half decent in a few years time rather than something like loggia with its drab grey exterior or Kingswood on Bloor with its peach exterior.
