This building is amazing. My only comment/knock would be when you spend this much time and energy to make such a cool little building...why not hide the security cameras....?

Don't hold your breath. I understand it was a challenge to even get this project approved through city staff. Jane Robinson's ward mind you...so certainly not the what you would call a progressive councillor as it relates to housing...

I like the massing. Clean, simple and prominent. Gairloch doing a tower is interesting. They know this hood well....Especially after having a fight w councillor and neighbours over a 9s mid-rise on the south side of Eglinton...

These types of high design mid rise projects are a blessing for this strip. Will bring new life onto the Main Street. The neighborhoods in behind Dundas are super nice. It’s just the main strip that is currently feeling dire and shitty.

Agreed. The City needs this x1000 on all our avenues. All parties should do everything they can to make these time and cost efficient to build. Best way to get the housing we need in this city.
