    From my completely naive perspective, I have a really hard time seeing how this project works economically. 4-5 years of construction and heritage restoration, what are the margins on a project like this?

    Agreed absolutely. In fact the whole point is that there has to be room for nuance, too often it gets lost on both sides of an arguments that tend to get polarized quickly.
