    This can use a little bit of warm tones at the base, otherwise very appropriate for the context. I would even say that i can be another story taller. This area needs some TLC.

    The buildings along this stretch of Richmond were of low quality. The details and brick work on the building you mention doesn't really inspire. Brick does not automatically mean good. I think the pop of colour is more welcomed in this block then just trying to add to what is already there...

    I can see the reasoning behind most of the city's heritage designation, even if i don't agree with them. But, 38 Camden, does not make sense.
