I was told no transfers can happen unless you connect with someone who would want to switch, I guess we'll wait to see when full occupancy happens!

Anyone know how the amenities are (gym/pool etc)? I know we share it with several other buildings, i saw some pictures from other buildings being listed...its in the imperial plaza? is that correct?
