While I agree that this isn't the best architecturally, it isn't a disaster either. Hopefully the street level brick treatment is done well. To me, these projects are really beginning the transformation of the east side of downtown.

I tend to agree with Amare. The problem is: without decisive action by the city to streamline the development process for missing middle projects (e.g., as-of-right zoning on Avenues for acceptable densities, not the current uneconomic allotments; up-zoning or taxing under-utilized properties...

Wow - the scale of the underway and planned developments for QQE is massive, even by Toronto standards. I've been waiting for this for a long while and it is now really getting into full swing.
