That presentation is just an office for the last remaining unsold units, the original presentation centre was actualy quite nice. I think they tore the old presentation centre down about 1.5 years ago.

Reading many of the posts in the Cityplace facebook forum there seem to be quite a number of issues with the developer's chosen management company. I think the worst I've heard about so far was andrejs. What are some companies that have mostly positive track records?

I have now gotten to see the lobby furniture first hand... they look just as cheap in person unfortunately. They have added some lamps now too, these also look cheap. Here's to hoping it improves soon.

I don't see the Arild connection in these. They seem more derivitative of the Flight Recliner by Jeffrey Bernett.

The lobby furniture is in keeping with the whole modernist approach to Neo; I don't mind it at all. I tend to gravitate towards minimalism so that's just my opinion. There probably needs to be a bit more finish around it for it stand out better for most people.

Current schedule of PDIs has the 12 floor ready for inspection on Sep 4th. According to Concord Adex, these early PDIs are not impacting the occupancy dates as they believe they need the time to fix deficiencies.
