    Why do you think developers try to avoid selling the upgrades at time of purchase but do this later, usually sending you to some design centre. You've already purchased and thus now have 0 leverage.

    This is actually quite common in Europe, where you can buy the basic the construction and you do the interior yourself.

    The interesting thing is that ownership of the balcony shouldn't be an issue when doing the PDI. Common elements, both exclusive and not, are part of the review and deficiencies should be noted.

    I noticed this morning that they did some landscaping at the entrance to Fort York blvd. Basicaly a bunch of tree in the island between the West1 complex and Neo/Montage. Didn't have a camera, but it looked like it has some potential.
