Ok thanks for the explanation! I’m new to urban Toronto website and wasn’t aware that projects seen were just proposals :) I thought it would need to have gone beyond a certain point of approval to be posted here… now I realise it’s strictly just a proposal that might never be approved or move...

Has this project been abandoned ? 4 years later and strictly nothing out of the ground..
