Thank you for letting me know. I have now come to terms with the proposal and will end up back in the new building if or when approved. It's the people at 63 Roehampton that will have issues as they will lose a lot of light.

I guess the residents at 63 Roehampton should probably prepare it is a 4 storey low rise next door to 77 Roehampton, my balcony faces it.
