I was wondering the same thing. I didn't see a crane base, but thought maybe it was too soon. With the 6 stories there's a decent change it might be without crane, but here's hoping.

Nice change to ride on the Kensington Road bike lane and not have cars parked in the way. The flower baskets are a nice touch.
