Almost weird to see such a gigantic building in UD. The precedent was set with Alt of course, but this feels way bigger. I believe this is the tallest building in the whole University area now right? Other than maybe the University City twins?

It really is absolutely mental how long the Eau Clair Plaza is taking. They don’t even have paving stones in? I could almost understand if they were putting in a splash pad mixed with a Freon system for a winter skating rink throughout the majority. But that’s not happening.

In this case, I don’t really get the disdain of the new design. Pretty innocuous and if it turns out half decent it will at least be interesting. I’d say the best conversion render we’ve seen other than how Cube turned out.
