    A design revision is promising. This one will almost certainly happen. Would be cool to see this, Sovereign, Brooklyn, and Truman’s First and Tenth, Imperia, and Lincoln all go ahead together. Not bad for the Beltline west of Fourth. But of course that’s a tall order with three of them being one...

    Is cutting Eau Claire Station even a possibility in this update? I haven’t heard that talked about anywhere at any point in this process. I would support it if it meant the first phase was extended clear through to Seton. Agreed regarding the NC line.

    Don’t forget that the redo of this section of Stephen Ave is likely (hopefully) to tie far more seemlessly into the revitalized plaza than it currently is. So in a way we’ll be just trading underused space in the NW corner for the Stephen Ave section, if done properly.

    Exactly what I was gonna say! Create the feeling of a continuous space via continuous paving, secured with bollard to the north and south, and more densely packed tree plantings on the east and west sides. Boom! 💥

    All of them so far have been really bad except Cube. I am hopeful for the Fina and Barron buildings though. As well as the one near the Calgary Tower currently underway.
