when it comes for voting at end of this year , I think this building will receive high volume of vote for better architect building in Toronto in 2015

when constructions are going to begin this project ?

Are they going to reclad windows and walls the existing building in order to match the building new or concrete wall will be considered heritage site.

I thought this project will finish in short period of time but it takes while..The time they are building this project can be built 30 storey of building.

View from the lake, is Ten York is going to block the East tower of ice or they will parallel ? If they parallel the roof light of ice tower will not seen from the lake.

Seems the shorter one is much brighter the tall one..

Why they envies each other? Sign on building doesn't have problem to their business we see the signs of TD bank and CIBC are facing each other.

This building standing alone with beautiful bold white cladding windows with little bit red wall and refuse to join other grey buildings that surrounded its neighboring area..well done building

at night front street between York and Bay is very dim and dull area.. I haven't seen reserve spots where street light will be installed.

are they going to start two cars for service ? or they will add third one later when passengers grow..

if they add six more floors will be great. The building will stand tall and better view from city hall
