They should put some retail in the area to increase pedestrian flow. Perhaps across the street in front of roy thompson hall where that above ground parking is on wellington... there is already underground whats the need for the above ground?

I wish the whole RBC Podium was retail. Would make for a more lively place for pedestrians.

I hope the interior won't be classical and boring. Hope it is has modern sophisticated appeal. The trump interior looks amazing. Best I've seen in a long time. It would be a disappointment if the interior is bland.
