To answer my own question, it looks like the 64 storey tower planned by Great Gulf may actually be 8 Cumberland... did not know that Great Gulf was connected with that project.... thx to Dwils01 and urbandreamer over at SSP....

I also think the first iteration was much better.... this one... way too busy and clunky, almost looks like a Kirkor knockoff.. :) I think the location of the plaza would be very poor.. who wants to hang out in a windswept space next to multiple lanes of roaring traffic?
