    Yeah, but they do such a good job with the quality of their units; why ruin it with the low ceilings? Big turn off for me. Every time I show a unit in their buildings the comment is always the same: "why is it so dark and dungeony in here". Then I have to point up and say: "ceiling height".

    This project was sold on the premise there would be direct PATH access (all the marketing paperwork and maps had it indicated). I'm pretty sure there will be or this could become another Emerald City lawsuit.

    Lets hope they don't fill this one up with 8' ceiling units; It's like walking through a cave with these Plaza projects. Good builder but my God, what's with the low ceilings.

    As cdr108 stated earlier, that change in size of Den (less than 10 sq.ft) does not constitute a material change and wouldn't get you anywhere if you decided to go to Court. Promising direct subway access and not delivering or 10 feet ceilings and getting 8 is a different story.
