I agree, it looks wrong to have the power outlet so close to a kitchen sink. I guess it is not too different than having it in the Bathroom by the sink as long as it is a GFI receptacle...

You guys were right :) , I spoke to both Shelly at the City and the builder and they all said the same thing….They’re just going through all the approvals needed. I think I panicked because of the wording of “Economic Viabilityâ€, especially with all the doom and gloom news out there.

I am not an owner with two washrooms, but I find it strange both exhaust fans are on with the flick of either switch…..

I personally think grass would be an excellent way to help green the concrete jungle :) and make it more aesthetically pleasing; thus making the ride more enjoyable for commuters!
