I think this building used to be sock brown. This string of buildings on Lees used to be really run down and their addresses synonymous with major crime scenes in the Sun. In particular 180 lees.

Wondering if NCC is putting more demand on Claridge to produce half decent design vs. “loosey goosey” city - and is actually resulting in ok stuff. Come to think of it wasn’t the old Daley building site an Ncc build for Claridge too?

Seems culturally Québec tends to put a higher premium on beauty and design than Ontario which may also put a lower premium on it than coastal States. Probably wouldn’t see this attention to detail in a metro of 400k in Ontario. Am I off base? What do you think is behind this?
