    Doesn't this project have close to a million sf? They only show 4 elevators... The floor plans are okay, but how they make a unit under 500 sf look so large? Must be scaling of the furniture?

    Great height for a great area. The height alone (if approved) is such a wow factor that the architecture may be secondary.

    This is quite the tights sight for four buildings that are 70+. Never mind the sales phasing, but the construction phasing will be longer than Pinnacle Centre (10+ years for 4 buildings). If the market goes up and down, they could take 20 years to sell and construct these four buildings.

    Great shot looking north up Yonge Street. This is probably the best view as you can see all the other buildings rising up the Yonge corridor: Aura, One Bloor, FIVE, etc.

    Wow. What a beast of a building. Beating a dead horse, but should have put more effort in designing something architecturally better, or at least for the top half the building.

    Great catch Tuscani01. Lumen, Quartz, Spectra all relate to light. They are definitely marketing a light there here.

    The interiors are definitely better than what's being offered in other North York projects. I even heard they are offering roller blinds as a standard! The floor plans look quite usable with minimal wasted space. The architecture is very plain and doesn't make a purchaser feel proud to live...

    neuhaus: even investors understand the difference between good and bad floor plan. So, no, this is not a development designed for 100% investors... maybe new investors/first-time buyers wanting to desperately get in to the market/area.
