    I purchased a unit at Ultra as well however did not hear anything from the sales rep and did not at the time put any caps on ! It would be interesting to see how this gets dealt with, just was checking with you if you know this could be clause which could cause a big last minute expense !?

    Was speaking with a friend who also bought a place through same builder and it really seems like good to have it all capped, but the flip side is not too bad even, these are charges as they come from the service provider and are usually standard - no huge $$$ catch for the builder there

    To add to that question, where is typically the assignment clause located? would it be somewhere in the agreement of sale document ? Is there a default of not having such a clause in any pre-con condos or would it vary from builder to builder !?
