Oh I am being modest. The overall design of that "plaza" is rather poorly done, so with a smaller footprint to move around thanks to the sidewalks being closed off before and now to an extent, its become much more clear how frustrating the NE corner is for circulation and functionality as a whole.

Here's an overview of the public realm treatments around the intersection, taken from the rooftop patio an hour ago. The ongoing work on the NE corner has been a nuisance for a while, but is making visible progress:

I agree with the consensus here. I'm not overly impressed by the ground level treatment, since it's cold, lacking texture or human scale massing (in the first floors, even detailing like a few bump outs of masonry or something similar could help), but the upper half of the building is done...

This is more of a detail/intimate shot update, since I only had my 50MM with me today, but you can see some progress being made. I'm really enjoying the cladding on this project, and I'm curious how well it'll look when it catches the light on its north side EDIT: Forgot this guy:
