nice project, but i wish it was on an existing parking lot or one of the car dealerships that are on the main street. never good taking away bars/restaurants that are already established there if we have better options

yeah I'd prefer if they focus on extending the blue line to the airport/more north and the red line more south before we add stops like Northland or Midtown

I feel like this is a good kickstarter for a more dense node. Now that this will be buildt, more developers can use that area to build more around the area. And it’s not that close to an LRT station

The arena should be close to some renderings, right? This process seems slow considering they want this arena to be done by the end of 2026.
