The scaling there is off, there is only a height difference of 153 ft so I added +15 floors on including the mech level so thats pretty close to 153ft.

The crane apparently is tipping and they have closed Redpath from Broadway to Erskine.

Shame because the black brick on the podium looks pretty good then they go all pale aqua barf on the tower.
