I agree. Part of the reasoning, other than to bring people in, is these are sales offices that are going to be around for close to 20 years by the time all of the phases/blocks are complete. At least in relation to VMC South and this one. Definitely better than a mobile construction trailer...

Yup! A bit expensive to enter, but a lot of fun. Plus it is a bit like Halloween where the theme is Apres Ski, so usually bright coloured ski/snowboard outfits.

Feb. 13th - Up another level already. Crane also jumped since my last time there. I can't fit it all in one shot anymore, it is getting too high.

The designs are placeholders to get a feel for the size and feel of the site and building placements. Each building will change and evolve before construction. This is still the early stages for Zoning the site.

They will probably partner with Residential developers for the residential buildings/blocks. Part of the issue with these large developments is they don't get built all at once so you have a lot of interim conditions and long timelines to complete, which will vary each block as they get designed...

Finally got back up to take a look at this one. From this morning Jan. 30th, 2024. Looks like only part of the transfer slab has been poured, although I think the other portion might not need to carry as much weight due to the tower placement. I could be mistaken though as it looks similar. I...
