I prefer Concept 1 with the relocated heritage buildings to Concept 2, which demolishes them and provides a larger POPS space at the corner, a more dramatic church entrance, and retains some of the parking.

Jersey City uses the same bike share system as New York City's. Coverage areas don't have to be contiguous for it to make sense to share a system. People can bike to a transit station, travel, and then bike at the other end. I used to do this in New York myself.

You do need to pay an extra full fare to travel between PATH and MTA subways in New York. And also when transferring between MTA subways and the AirTrain to JFK.

There is if they get rid of the parking, as they've shown in the rendering...
