    The towers are amazing while the podium really throws it off. It seems like such an afterthought. If they put so much money into this structure, they might as well designed a more curvy podium to suit.

    I wish the renders would've shown more green on the roof....having less than 20% of the roof covered with potted trees doesn't really scream sustainable for initial renderings.

    An important note is that your inspector should have a through knowledge in the construction industry which also includes the Ontario Building Code and any other codes having jurisdiction in that area. While your agent has done a few PDIs in the past, it doesn't mean he really knows what to look...
