Is it just me, or is the glass on this building reflective or at least has more reflective qualities than 'normal' glass in condos? Maybe because there are no whiteblinds or its a darker shade of grey? It looks more impressive in person and stands apart from the glass in Pure Spirit.

Everytime I have gone it's always been busy. The first time I went was a Saturday night around 7, I thought it would be dead because it was the weekend and didn't expect people to come since at this point the area is still growing, but it was packed, and couldn't get a table on the patio.

Today they were removing the windowing on the North-west corner of the building, which is the South-East corner of King and Princess, and probably the most attractive retail space for the King Street frontage of the building. Not sure if they are just opening it up for further interior/exterior...

On both the King Street and Front Street streetscapes, the Toronto Sun building was a bit of a vacuum that disconnected pedestrians from Sherbourne to Parliament. The addition of multiple retail entrances on both sides will go a long way at fixing that. A pipe dream, but it would have been...

The Scotiabank retail signs have been installed, one on King and one on Princess. Also from the looks of it, the ATM entrance will be on King, not Princess.

Sorry for the long post..lol, read at your own peril.. I went this morning. Was surprised at how busy it was. While I certainly hope both can co-exist (nice to have choice and competition with the two), having shopped at No Frills now, I am now even more certain with my original prediction...

It would be pretty sweet if a Starbucks would open in the south-east corner of Princess and King in 333, or at the failed Citizens Bank/former deli cafe on the north-west corner of Front and Princess.

They put up awnings on the windows on Princess. I dont know what to think..

No Frills Entrance update: It appears that both the hole knocked into the building on the west side (Princess St) and the fire exit, will serve as a Princess Street entrance way. There is large white panel framing around both unifying them as one.
