They can connect both systems together in one shot, I assume lots of closures will be required on the Eglinton LRT during the testing and construction phases especially near the west end of the Eglinton LRT... people will get pissed off. But yea I see your point.

Yes you are correct, sorry for the oversight. 58 years in 3 months. Work began Eglinton LRT in 2011 about 12-13 years ago when Eglinton Station was around the same age in years as is Pape when Ontario Line construction will start. Lets hope for the best.
