The replacement just south at Aspen Ridge's Crosstown project isn't set to open until 2028... I would assume Cadilac Fairview would want to start demolishing this site and throwing up more condos... Let's see what happens

The Westernmost tower only has podium until the 4th floor so they were able to get there sooner compared to the middle/easternmost. I assume they want to get as much done before the winter when things slow down with the snow/cold temperature.

So in essence they move everything from Summer to Fall 2023 (i.e. December 22, 2023). Next presentation will simply move everything over to Winter 2024. What an easy job for the folks editing the slides lol
