Balcony cladding is going up now. Almost the entire first tower floor of the eastern building has it. Looks the same as the test panels - black, grey, and white. The black in particular looks sharp. Though I'm still nervous that this could look like a mess given the hectic-ness of the pattern...

It's not good, but the cladding saves it from being a disaster at least. My worry is that, based on the renders, as the building rises the cladding disappears, in which case it'll just be a mess of window wall and spandrel.

Additional rendering in the Globe I haven't seen elsewhere yet.

It seems that the parking lots are being retained. Hopefully that changes - I gotta believe there's a business case to bury them by digging down one level and putting something on top. Please, please get rid of the above-ground parking lots.

Part of me hopes the pink flooring shown in some of the pictures is permanent - fits with the Sugar Wharf marketing and is a great colour pop that I wish Menkes had leaned into more here - but I'm assuming the construction material just happens to be pink.

The wording you're referring to is in a draft order - it's the order that the party is asking the Court to approve/sign. There's no indication on the insolvency proceeding's site that the order has been approved and signed by the Court yet.
