Interestingly, you can see they have started making changes to the crown. If you go back you can see in pictures that the south side of the crown used to have white markings on top of the black. In the most recent photos that area is completely black.

They were doing soil sampling in the sales centre's parking lot last week, and surveyors have been roaming around the site. Perhaps they are gearing up for construction of the final phase? Last I heard (pre-COVID) Cityzen had severed the land for the last phase with the intention of selling it...

The rendering is not accurate (i.e. just for promotional purposes). Per the site plan application, another building is going in that spot and where the sales centre is. The Fernbrook/Cityzen recently severed those plots from the rest of the site so that it can be sold to a different developer...
