Just noticed the Fairweather in Scotia Plaza is closing. With Yonge-Eglinton Centre's closing, and Yorkdale's moving to a smaller space (9,500 sq ft vs. 4,300), it seems be slowly crumbling since International Clothiers bought it a few years ago, but especially recently.

Went to Gabardine yesterday. Really interesting hipsteresque atmosphere in the Financial District. Mac and cheese decent, cheeseburger pretty salty ( I think it's the cheese they use in both cases). The fries are very good. Never went to Blue Stone, but this one was full at 12 sharp.

Wanted to go today, but got caught up at work, so made a quick visit to Clipper Café. Maybe next week... Earl's in the Sun Life building looks open today (York and King).

I wonder which ones will get new O&B locations in GTA? My guess is just 5: Queen St, Bloor St, Yorkdale, Sherway, Square One - maybe Fairview?

Good news, there's now a Topshop/Topman in NY (SoHo). There's also a River Island in Vaughan Mills, but it didn't seem to carry as good a selection as those in the UK.

Also, not too far from the Sheraton, Royal York, other hotels too!

I've always thought of Express as Gap mixed with Mexx. The quality isn't there, and the prices aren't that low either. The more competition the better, I guess.

I can't wait til they have a sidewalk on Sudbury anywhere past Dovercourt. The part by 99 Sudbury is usually parked over. And they should get a stop sign or roundabout (?!) at the Y-shaped intersection.

I guess that's above the current Zara, H&M, Home Outfitters area. From renderings on their website, it looks like they'll have an escalator to above People Jewellers, and then another one to above that.
