Really? I have gone by several times and each time the fountain is not running - I see water but no fountain... Im wondering why?

Aren't those large "pipes" really support structures to keep the side walls stable during construction? I see them all over the place in all the digs - don't think they are drains.

Slightly off topic but... Is anyone else concerned about the depth some of these LRT stations are at ? It appeared that the stairways and escalators in some stations are enormously long - if and when the escalators breakdown as they are apt to do, what does that mean for ridership?

I know people might make fun of this, but couldn't we implement some kind of barrier that would come down at the back of the streetcar to block on coming traffic?

I believe I read somewhere that is now City Owned... I also noticed that someone had posted it was working as of October 2014... not sure if it got damaged in the cruel winter of 14/15?
