I saw the brick restoration artists working up close. Just amazing work they've done.

I like that the orange stripe is lit up at night. Looks really great going west on Dundas from the east.

Pretty much every project got the same recommendation. It was a stopgap measure for the election break. This one should sail through no problem. I do hear that there's a new architect involved, though.

If the changes were not particularly significant, perhaps they could have been done by minor variances?

Unfortunately, the sushi train will be a shinkansen and it will be a terrible mess.

That would be my impression as well (I don't have a balcony in my condo, so I don't have any experience).

I would love to see an end user survey asking how many occupants use balconies regularly above the 20th floor.
