Hasn't so far in the span of all the other full lockdowns so I don't see how this would be any different.

Moynihan was also done on separate land (it's an extension not a renovation). The original Penn station still sits below MSG. Meaning it's an irrelevant comparison because Union is renovating the existing, still in-use station whereas the Penn addition had the majority of the work done in places...

I mean yeah it doesn't look great in those renders but those renders are also terrible quality so there's very little to go off of for the actual detail of the building. The massing is a snoozefest, regardless.

Without that staircase you'd have to get up there through the Scotiabank Arena skywalk entrance or up the tower elevators/stairs so this external option helps with public access (both accessibility and visibility).

If you look at Benito's views you can see the plates they attach to have a lot of holes for bolts. What also is hard to appreciate is that the bolts are likely a few inches in diameter, so they're pretty hefty on top of being numerous. Once all pieces are put together they also gain strength...

Under construction, yes. There's a proposal in Burnaby that would surpass it by only a few metres however (and a few on hold like in QC and Edmonton).

Height ≠ progress in this case! A substantial amount of complicated steelwork to have that floating podium and a rather unfortunate hold that we shall no longer need to talk about!

Yes and they also just finished with their new offices at King & Portland. Seems unlikely they'd buy here (especially with things going remote).
