    Multiplexes

Aren't multiplexes supposed to have more than one entrance. I think every photo/render on here is of buildings with 1 entrance and they just look like multistory houses..

    Toronto Toronto | Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

From an aesthetic point of view, I prefer the looks of Time and Space over Mirvish Village I definitely don't see one as being much better than the other though, they look as similar quality.

I really don't get the hate for this building. The outsides seem pretty similar to the honest ed buildings that get so much love here.

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I am ok with slow pace of chance and improving things piecemeal and tying them to other road works as long as it's consistent and gets better every year. Things will be much better in 10 years and a little better next year. This is how Amsterdam did it.

well it was obviously they would got to the most cost effective method to meet the new regulations. Now we are getting plenty of subpar towers going up. but leads to my original question of how is the well getting away it all glass.

Did the residential portions of the Well beginning construction before the province banned all glass exteriors. I believe the most residential building can have is 40% now. If not, how are they getting away with a much higher window wall component. I assume the smaller buildings are doing double...
