I dont think its the number of delays,,,,more like the length from original occupancy...Very one sided...all advantage to them...is what it is...I think its 3 years after original occupancy target..just from memory, so dont hold me
Im on the 3rd floor and my letter is July 18...I would think the pace needs to improve, or we will be seeing the delay you speak of. Not sure I want to move into the middle of a construction site...Let finish it off right...
then move in
Well there were certainly windows on the south side originally --as attached, and if the requirement for 6 Church was restoration?....then someone missed the memo
Anyone know why the south side windows would be framed during original blocking.....then blocked in less than a month later?... Visible on the same day historic bricks make a return to the project.
My sense in a walk by yesterday--The pictured brick is being used for the north side of the entrance to underground parking. Not sure these will be used on 6 Church street.
Heres my take...Toronto historical board or similar wants the worn and weathered look. Anyone with any money in the building should prefer new brick..which won't need replacement and maintenance in the second Year of occupancy.
My last letter says March 30 for 3rd floor...Im guessing labour Day. Any update on the street level retail down Church? Restuarants? Bars? Man from UNCLE headquarters?
