Well maybe they should have enclosed the entire platform in a dome to remove the weather elements. For example, Paddington Station in London, UK.

What they should do is fix the Missing Link and then run GO Trains from Milton to Markham that stop at the Toronto North Station which is currently an LCBO. This will give people direct GO Train access to Bloor and Yonge Area. I know it's at Summerhill but people can quickly get on the Subway...

It will probably take another 8-10 years before it's fully completed, so maybe by 2028 or 2030. I doubt Frank Gehry will be alive to see it fully realized. He is 92.

I think it's to do with the small staging area for equipment and materials, the incredibly complex initial floors and non-receptiveness and their plan to open the ground level to the Apple Store before finishing the tower. By spring next year, it will pick up pace.

It's possible to create a spur line from erin mills to square one and make it underground so that milton and some mississauga commuters can directly use go train to get to MCC

This is a 30 year effort to transform the core of Mississauga into a pedestrian and transit oriented area. There needs to be a GO Train station at MCC/Square One Area.

Makes sense. TD will be vacating their floor space in those two towers as they move to their new HQ which makes this area ripe for development.
