One key fob per parking space is pretty much the norm. Imagine everyone had a "spare" - you would never find a visitor parking spot... and those that own a spot may find a car parked in their spot... as with the $10 spare key - the cost is pretty norm too... however, you could have just bought...

From what I understand, Teksavvy runs off of Rogers... so if you wanted to switch, just call them and let them know... they don't even have to disconnect your line - so no interruption during the switch. But you have to call them and let them know before calling Rogers..

I don't think it was advertised as much as the condo units... so that may explain why there are a few left. When it was first launched, I remember only condo's were being sold... and then phase 2 was the same thing... in fact, while I knew of the towns, I don't even recall seeing any advertising...

why not just do it yourself? there are lots of places online that will do it with minimal costs...

The building isn't THAT new... it's been operating for a while now... and fresh water comes from the city lines almost immediately. It would make sense that the water needs to be pumped up to higher levels, but that water is disgusting... In theory, if you get poisoned by it - I wonder if you...

@sentiant - agreed. We all have our opinions/fear/hope what ever you call it.... and certainly, CG has some good opinions (which btw, somewhere down the road, I may just hire you) but certainly, as with everyone's opinion, keep it uncensored but clean... it is the internet after all.
