The question is, how quickly can it be burned down..?

I DID like the wood aspect of the original one - made it feel airier.

Let's get the render back on this page: along with the most up to date image: ..it is just me or does the formwork.. not seem to reflect the render..?

eh.. to be fair.. this one actually MIGHT get built since i's going right beside one of a similar style they just built, and it's L shaped so it won't detract from the battlefield park view most likely.

might wanna put an Asterix beside that lol

Yeah, the housing market. Probably can't get people to spend condo prices for these so they've downgraded them.

Once the LRT goes in? We'll all be dead by then LOL

Maybe if they had sash windows.. this feels like extremely cheap Reykjavik in comparison.

I hate when people say "for hamilton standards" - it's such a backhanded complimented. It's a goddamn barn made by stacking modular crates on top of each other.

Its' about time - I can't say it's my favourite building but eh, at least it's filler.

if the proposal across the street didn't go up I doubt this one will either - for the same reasons the other one won't.

I used to live in stoney creek and have to get to burlington and back to work - 2 hours bus ride each way including transcab - thus I don't miss the days of commuting to work - and I can more or less set my own hours at work at home - I can work till 4 in the morning if I wish as long as the...

I work from home but my "office" when we did work out of the office is across the street and it's literally empty - noone goes inside - so there is no social aspect left. It jut feels desolate - at least at home I got my creature comforts around me :) my desk and chair just barely fit in my...

    Hamilton Toronto | 75 James Condos | 108m | 34s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

Yeah there is no way in hell that station is ever shutting down. It's right in the heart of the city - the one by the lake is nice but it's inconvenient at how far down it is if you have to make a choice. It makes sense to have more than one go station service the downtown area.

Lol the new future - peoples condos now double as their offices as well - office condo towers lol

    Hamilton Toronto | 1 Jarvis Street | 49.5m | 14s | Emblem Developments | Studio JCI

Well so much for that then - still it would be nice to have something along that sea of back rowhouse parking lot. It really does break up the harmony of king william - imo there should be restaurants/bars and patios the ENTIRE STRETCH down to these new builds. Also it's kinda sad how this is...

Not to mention the police station is right there so a much safer neighborhood to be in - or at least quicker response time for disputes hehe..

Not until the giant sea of parking lot between it and the king william restaurant area are filled in - atm its a giant void in between - this needs to be fixed.

Oh I know, it's more just the optical illusion. I know how load bearing forces work hehe.
