    The plan is to live in it for a year or so before buying a bigger "forever" place with a nice terrace. I will likely keep the unit long term as a furnished rental.

    I am I believe there are 8 elevators for 416 units, a very good ratio for Toronto. Don’t think this will be much of an issue

    Thanks for your help. I went to the site but the only architectural plans I can seem to download are building elevations for the 2020 application. Don't see floor plans. The other building applications will not allow me to view supporting docs.

    Just bought into this project. 2 bed 2 bath on 40th floor. 1,166 ft2 for $2M or $1,715/ft. Bad decision?

    I just bought into this project with my gf. She had purchased pre-construction 5 years ago. 2 bed 2 bath on the 40th floor, pricey but I did it for love lol. Any guesses on occupancy? I feel at minimum it will be Fall 2024.

    Is that a temporary concrete jersey barrier on both sides of a permanent concrete barrier? Never really understood the weird median through this stretch of 401.

    This building has been a big positive surprise for me. To be honest, I wasn't sure about the angular window design at first. Thought it looked a bit date almost (not the whole building just the window design), but it has come together quite well. Looks great both up close and from a distance.
