Why not build out Bay St. down to Front St. with well protected bike lanes? Seems to offer the best connection to important locations (Eaton Centre, City Call, Financial District and Union Station)!

The Go train to Niagara Falls is pretty decent now. Often faster than driving. I think for business events and tourists the permanent train starting September is a big win!

Lyft is doing the same in Florida with Brightline. There you are getting a $5 discount code if you are getting to or from the train station. For denser areas I don't think is its great to have car sharing running the service bringing people to the station. That creates too much traffic.
