Windows installed up to 7th floor. Building will look similar to Lamb's "East Lofts" and "Victory" Condo on King st with it dark brick and grey windows

When Empire took over this project, EI Richmond got involved. They finalized the design and drawings. Empire Sales rep mentioned that no architectural changes were made.

"The Modern" project on richmond/sherbourne is moving slow too!!

they dont have to build the RCS panel for each floor... only the gaps in between the panels have to be build for each floor also the slab forming is a standard panel system (1.50 x 0.75 m) supported by a main beam of 2.25m

A Tunnel (see Berlin, Boston...)with 2 or 3 access to lakeshore is right answer IMO...def expansive...but the right thing to do
