The german city of Stuttgart is just doing this. Their entire downtown rail system
will go underground and create more space for offices, condos and parks.

Building will look similar to Lamb's "East Lofts" and "Victory" Condo on King st with it dark brick
and grey windows
When Empire took over this project, EI Richmond got involved. They finalized the design and drawings.
Empire Sales rep mentioned that no architectural changes were made.
they dont have to build the RCS panel for each floor... only the gaps in between the panels have to be build for each floor
also the slab forming is a standard panel system (1.50 x 0.75 m) supported by a main beam of 2.25m
