    1 story building to house a generic law firm next to an LRT and a premier downtown park isn’t the most exciting land use. But beggars can’t be choosers I guess! I feel the same about Autograph offices on 106st. Just the reality of our underdeveloped Downtown

    Hopefully MWTC or Parks phase 2? Still hoping this building gets a strong facade lift. The potential for massive art is huge. I’ve mentioned before, but something like this project in Vancouver would be cool.

    Yeah, I wonder the play here with the potential ice district village. Do you go faster to beat out the high supply once that gets going? Or try to let that take some of the up front risk to get the area going?

    Yeah, this is a stupid look. Go for it with fare evasion tickets. But track crossings is not a huge issue or priority at this point. Imagine already being frustrated by the LRT and getting a $250 ticket? Do we want even less people using the train??

    The 2bdrms are also starting at cheaper than other new projects. Fingers crossed!! Falcon is advertising hard as well right now. Should be 400-500 new people living downtown by Fall if these lease up!

    Windsor terrace that just finished? I wouldn’t be surprised if some people are selling to get out before a big apartment gets built next to them. In some ways it helps for land assembly. I’d imagine the premium for lots with newer/big homes next to them will go up now for those wanting...
