Technically there are 3 massive condo & rental buildings across the street plus another few buildings very close by. Don’t think this new one is super unique, but good to see the density I guess.

Is the maintenance for needles/pinecones, sight lines, and bigger bases vs canopy’s why we don’t use coniferous trees as much in high traffic parks?

It’s too bad the brewery district, for how suburban it is, didn’t get a Home Depot, Canadian tire, etc sorta store. That would have been a decent compromise, especially once the valley line opens. Still close to more SFH residential areas, parking, but also accessible to DT/WHKWN, residents.
