Does anyone know the status of the future LRT station and when/if it will get built? (Next budget cycle maybe?) Thanks!

Multifamily site is just south of this. (Another empty lot disappearing!)

On the west side of 99th St just south of Whyte Ave. I’ve said this before, but I celebrate the disappearance of every empty lot (or surface parking lot) in the core.

Any guesses on which Valley Line SE station will be the first to have a new multi family building built near it? (Say minimum 4 storeys). And will construction on said building start in 2024? Bonnie Doon and MWTC don’t seem to be redeveloping soon. Grey Nuns, Millbourne and Avonmore...

This company owns a lot in Ritchie on the corner of 75th Ave and 95th Street. Upcoming demolition for the house currently standing there.

Also, does anyone know anything about this project?

Four storey going up on 76th Ave and 108th St. Nothing too exciting, but I appreciate infill density. On a bike route as well.

The houses in Belgravia where the project will be built are still standing, but each now has a Westrich Pacific sign on the front lawn advertising this building (West Garneau).

Not much change from the last post, but couldn’t resist taking some pictures of such a big hole. Would love to see continued development of higher density residential projects in Old Strathcona. I know it’s some ways off, but hoping that the development of BRT in the area (routes B1 and B2)...

I left a comment in favour of the rezoning proposal. I am certain that this rezoning application will be approved. At the same time, I figure it doesn’t hurt to have on the record people supporting building multifamily housing across the street from LRT stations to balance out the NIMBY...

Edmonton mentioned in first minute of the video. I guess Oh The Urbanity! Is coming to the Winter Cycling Congress in February. Could this mean another YouTube video about Edmonton’s Active Transportation Network? 👀 Also, is anyone planning on attending the Congress?
