Yes, the downsview park / keele and finch area has a lot of development planned, it is really incredible

Surprised to see this being developed, although it is exciting to see what is planned. My only concern would be the loss of the No Frills - I hope it would have a spot in the new development. It is critical for grocery shopping in the area.

I've noticed the article on the main page says that these new units are going to be for rental but havent been able to find this anywhere in the application. Is anyone aware how to get that information?

From what I can tell only the building at the corner of finch and sentinel will have retail space. Wouldve been nice to incorporate it into the other buildings along finch and along sentinel as well. The previous development plans had included significant improvements to the existing buildings...
