    In this council package for July 2, Appendix B has our first glimpse of the new bylaw, including draft regulations for some of the mature neighbourhoods. There's some steps in the right direction, but I wish they allowed at least a triplex instead of a duplex along local roads.

    Latest Update: Downtown District Energy is an initiative involving the Winspear and EPCOR. The project is currently in the detailed design stage and construction is expected to start in Q3 of 2024. At the same time regulatory process and public consultation are ongoing.
